Single Barrel Rum - Second Edition

Outrigger
- 6 parts Single Barrel Rum
- 3 parts Orancello
- 3 parts Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Saline (1:1 salt & water)
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice & shake vigorously.
Strain into a Rocks glass.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Daiquiri
- 4 parts Single Barrel Rum
- 2 parts Lime Juice
- 1 part Sugar Syrup
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice & shake vigorously.
Strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
Navy Strength Gin X-XLCR

Japanese Black Run
- 1 Part Gin X-XLCR
- 2 pea sized balls of Wasabi
- Lemon Juice
- Cucumber
Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add other ingredients on top and shake.
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with more cucumber. -
X-XLCR Gimlet
- 2 parts Navy Strength Gin X-XLCR
- 1 part Lemon Myrtle Liqueur
- Juice of 1 Lime
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients and shake well.
Strain into a small chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
Hoist the main and steady as she goes.
Rum Barrel Gin

- 1 Part Rum Barrel Gin
- 3 Parts StrangeLove Hot Ginger Beer
Pour Rum Barrel Gin into your serving glass wirh a few ice cubes.
Top with StrangeLove Hot Ginger Beer. -
Shiraz Gin

- 1.5 parts Shiraz Gin
- 1 part Orancello
- Vinifera Sparkling Madeline
Add Orancello and Shiraz Gin to your Champagne Flute.
Top with Vinifera Sparkling Madeline. -
Shiraz Gin Sour
- 4.5 Parts Gin XLCR
- 1.5 Parts Lemon Juice
- 1 Part Sugar Syrup
- 1.5 Parts Aqua Faba
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake it like a Polaroid picture.
Madges London Dry

Madge's Gibson
- 3 Parts Madges London Dry Gin
- 1 Part Rouge Vert Jus
- Cocktail Onions
Add Madges London Dry Gin & Rouge Vert Jus to a Martini jug filled with ice and stir.
Strain into Martini glass& Garnish with cocktail onions. -
Gin XLCR

Clock Tower Fizz
- 2 Parts Gin XLCR
- 1 Part Lemon Myrtle
- 6 Parts Ginger Beer
- Lime
- Mint
Fill a Hiball glass with ice cubes.
Add Gin XLCR & Lemon Myrtle then stir to mix.
Top with ginger beer & lime juice
Garnish with mint leaves. -
Cosmopologin
- 1 part Gin XLCR
- 1 part Orancello
- 2 parts Cranberry Juice
- Fresh Lime
Rub the rim of a pretty glass with citrus peel.
Shake ingredients with ice.
Pour into the prepared glass and top with a squeeze of fresh lime and a twist of peel. -
French 75
- 1 part Gin XLCR
- 0.5 parts Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 parts Simple Sugar Syrup
- 3 parts Sparkling Wine
Add all the ingredients except the sparkling wine into a shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into a champagne flute.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

- 1 Part Gin XLCR
- 3 Parts Kombucha
- Mint
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass & stir.
Garnish with fresh mint.

Gin & Sin
- 3 parts Gin
- 2 parts Orange Juice
- 2 parts Lemon Juice
- 1 part Aril Estate Sweet
- Pomegranate Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. -
Gin Basil Smash
- 1 Part Gin XLCR
- 1 sprig fresh Basil
- 2 Lime Wedges
- Soda Water
Muddle the gin, lime and basil leaves in the bottom of a tumbler.
Top with ice and soda. -
Kiwi Ricky
- 2 Parts Gin XLCR
- 1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 Parts Simple Syrup
- Kiwi Fruit
- Mint
- Soda
Slice then muddle kiwi & lime juice in shaker.
Fill with ice the add Gin XLCR, simple syrup & Mint
Shake well.
Strain into Hiball glass, add soda & Garnish with more kiwi.

- 3 parts Gin XLCR
- 1 part Orancello
- 1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake ingredients with ice.
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a twist of peel.
Drink with elegance. -
Lemon Myrtle G&T
- 3 parts Lemon Myrtle tea
- 1 part Gin XLCR
- 1 part Lemon Myrtle Liqueur
Brew Lemon Myrtle tea then leave to chill in the fridge overnight.
Fill your serving glass with ice and top with Gin XLCR, Lemon Myrtle Liqueur and Lemon Myrtle tea. -
Mudgee Martini
- 2 parts Gin XLCR
- 1 part Rouge Vert Jus
- Mint Leaves
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice & shake vigorously.
Strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a sprig of Mint.

Mudgee Negroni
- 2 Parts Gin XLCR
- 1 Part Orancello
- 1 Part Pieter Van Gent Sweet Vermouth
Stir with ice.
Enjoy the spicy, citrusy warmth. -
Pine Lime Splice
- 1 Part Gin XLCR
- 2 parts Pineapple Juice
- 3 Lime Wedges
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 parts Soda Water
Muddle lime wedges and mint leaves together in the bottom of a tumbler.
Add ice, Gin and pineapple juice then stir.
Top with soda water.
Drink on a deck with a good view.
Rouge Vert Jus

- 2 parts Gin XLCR
- 1 part Rouge Vert Jus
- Mint Leaves
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice & shake vigorously.
Strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a sprig of Mint.

- 2 Rouge Vert Jus
- Soda Water
- Mint
Muddle mint in the bottom of your serving glass then fill with ice.
Add Rouge Vert Jus.
Top with soda & stir gently.

- Frozen Raspberries
Pack your serving glass with frozen raspberries.
Add a healthy measure of Rouge Vert Jus.

- 3 parts Sparkling Wine

- 1 part Gin XLCR
- 1 part Orancello
- 2 parts Cranberry Juice
- Fresh Lime

A Roll in the Hay
- 2 Parts Hay Bale Gin*
- 1 Part Lemon Myrtle Liqueur
- 5 Parts Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
- Dash of Bitters
- Thyme
Shake all ingredients with ice
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with thyme and a grapefruit wheel.

Substitute for Madges London Dry! -

- 1 Part Lemon Myrtle

Cafe Cowboy
- 3 parts Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1 part Cafe Liqueur
- 2 parts Thickened Cream
Pour Butterscotch Schnapps into schnapps glass.
In a separate glass, combine Cafe Liqueur and Thickened Cream. Float mixture by slowly and gently pouring over the top of the Butterscotch Schnapps.
Saddle up and ride! -

Butterscotch Chai
- 4 Parts chai tea
- 2 Parts Butterscotch Schnapps
- (optional: milk)
Brew a pot of your favourite Chai tea (or make your own blend if you’re feeling adventurous).
Add a generous dash of Butterscotch Schnapps.
Enjoy hot or cold.

Butterscotch Cider Spider
- 1 Part Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1 Scoop Ice Cream
- 2 Parts Apple Cider
Put your ice cream into your Hiball glass then pour over Butterscotch Schnapps.
Top with Apple Cider.
Serve with a spoon.
