SINGLE BARREL RUM
Our third edition of Rum is here and perfect for that dark spirit lovers stocking stuffer!
Aged in the same barrel as our prior batch, this Rum has revealed a beautiful spirit with lovely sweet notes and a lovely oak integration. A touch lighter in character than our second edition, bold but not heavy, think toffee and just a hint of dates making it a fine sipper.
This is small-batch - just 499 bottles on offer, hand-distilled, and full of Baker Williams character. Subtle Oak whispers through every sip, perfectly balanced with vibrant craft character. Made by hands that care, for palates that know — unpretentious but utterly delicious. We can't wait to get it into the hands (and mouths) of the people who enjoy it.
Each bottle hand numbered and signed by the distiller. Give the gift of craft Rum this year - or perhaps, buy yourself the gift that you actually want!
ABV: 50.3%
Bottles: 499 only
