Full of jammy Shiraz. It delivers raspberry & blackcurrant notes with wonderful underlying spice elements that evolve over the palate.
2024’s expression was born of Assistant Distiller Marni’s dedication, direction & intent. Tending the single vineyard shiraz from introduction to spirit & daily plunging, Marni
applied force of mind & muscle in ratcheting every last delectable drop from our basket press, liberating gin & juice.
This is one to savour, enjoy straight over ice, alternatively transform to a delightful Shiraz Spritz with soda & Orancello or simply mix with your favourite citrus soda.

Flavour Profile: Plum, blackcurrent, a little raspberry - its a jam bomb. Spice develops on the palate with hints of tannin coming in late.
Colour: Ruby tending to deep purple.

What is this products's shelf life?
We recommend that our drinks are opened within 12 months of purchase, and consumed approximately 6 months after opening.
How do I best store your products?
All our products can be stored safely at room temperature. Best out of direct sunlight and large temperature changes.
I can see bits floating in it. Is that normal?
Yep! Absolutely. We don't really filter things 'round here unless it is absolutely necessary. Settling of particles on the bottom of the bottle is really normal too. That said, If you are ever worried about the quality of things you buy from us, call straight away and let us know.
