This product started one afternoon when in early 2021 our neighbour Mark, came over and said, "We're picking Shiraz tonight, it might be a bit noisy." 24 hours later, our first Shiraz Gin was under way.
Mudgee Shiraz grapes, married to a bespoke, spice forward gin recipe. Deep purple colour, flavour dominated by a a spiced quality that comes from the gin botanicals: cassia, juniper & angelica especially, but berry richness from the Shiraz itself.
This is the first iteration of a new style for us. After tasting it, we're certain it won't be the last. Our only regrets are that we didn't make it sooner, and that the batch wasn't bigger!
Serving Suggestions
- On the rocks, or with a citrus forward mixer.
- Ramp it up with a splash of Orancello

What is this products's shelf life?
We recommend that our drinks are opened within 12 months of purchase, and consumed approximately 6 months after opening.
How do I best store your products?
All our products can be stored safely at room temperature. Best out of direct sunlight and large temperature changes.
I can see bits floating in it. Is that normal?
Yep! Absolutely. We don't really filter things 'round here unless it is absolutely necessary. Settling of particles on the bottom of the bottle is really normal too. That said, If you are ever worried about the quality of things you buy from us, call straight away and let us know.
