2026 Shiraz Gin
Flowers Wilt, Chocolates Disappear - This one just might get shared - with you!
Bold & decadent, big fruity berriness, thick and luscious and truly versatile - mix with soda (Fevertree's Pink grapefruit is a standout), or toppoff your favourite bubbles with a splash! Equally delicious simply poured over ice.
It’s rich, bright, and just a little bit fancy—like Mum on her second glass
Born of stunning single vineyard Shiraz fruit grown by the Roth Family just a few hundred metres from the distillery, melded with Gin spirit and given just the right amount of time - simple ingredients that transform to an outstanding spirit.
Colour: Deep purple
Aroma: Berries, shiraz with underlying spice, jamminess
Flavour: Dark fruits & berries upfront, juicy, jammy shiraz and a little tickle of spice that lingers.
Production: Simple processes, but underlaid with intent. Harvest, soak in high strength gin, give it time and then press. Marni has once again tested her muscles and mettle ratchetting the delicious juice from the grapes in our basket press - plenty of effort with no shortcuts and the results show. A gorgeous label from Maria to be sure the gorgeousness of the juice is reflected in a beautiful bottle.
ABV: 40.5%
