Whisky Barrel Aged Gin - Limited Release RRP $79

Our Whisky Barrel Aged Gin has had 1 year, 2 months and 7 days quietly soaking out character from a freshly dumped Black Gate Distillery barrel (that held peated whisky) emerging packed with complexity, merging Juniper forward, spiced Gin spirit with a kiss of whisky character, that all important peaty smooch and the deliciousness that only time in oak can bring.

A premium spirit made for slow sipping and special occasions. If Dad appreciates drinks from the dark side, this might just be the easiest Father’s Day gift decision you’ll make.

Barrel: 100litre Ex Black Gate Distillery Peated Whisky

Barreled: 4th June 2025. Decanted: 11th August 2026

Nose: Vanilla & spice, earthy pine, cinnamon & a half a smidgin of peat.

Palate: Softened juniper, prickly spice, citrus notes resolving to a subtle whisky finish.

Colour: Pale Gold

Hand bottled, labelled & waxed. Each bottle numbered and signed by the distiller.

Shiraz Gin 2026 - Limited Release RRP $85

Bold & decadent, big fruity berriness, thick and luscious and truly versatile - mix with soda (Fevertree's Pink grapefruit is a standout), or toppoff your favourite bubbles with a splash! Equally delicious simply poured over ice.

Single Barrel Rum RRP $95 - Silver Medal

Aged in the same barrel as our prior batch, this Rum has revealed a beautiful spirit with lovely sweet notes and a lovely oak integration. A touch lighter in character than our second edition, bold but not heavy, think toffee and just a hint of dates making it a fine sipper.

"Ester nose with lovely developed soft sugars balanced with oak. There is
shortbread biscuit and wood smoke (perhaps a suggestion of Islay whisky)  An unusual rum that should be praised for its bold profile."
