Baker Williams Distillery is a Micro Distillery located in Mudgee NSW. We make handcrafted spirits and liqueurs focusing on regional flavours & influences. Opened in September 2012,  the distillery is part of the ever growing Australian Craft Distillery industry with an expanding range of flavoursome spirits and liqueurs.

We welcome you to visit us at our cellar door at 194 Henry Lawson Drive Mudgee & see, smell and taste our wares.

All at the one stop you can also visit Vinifera Wines and Mudgee Hampers to enjoy fine Spanish Varietals and spectacular fare from provedores across the Mudgee region.

The Role: You may not have more than one head but you’ll wear a bunch of hats. You’ll be nimble of mind, mouth and fingers as you skip from selling one minute, to content planning, preparation and implementation the next followed by packing online orders and tracking them from order placement to delivery. Do we want a juggler? Well there are a few balls to be kept in the air! Primary Responsibilities: · Cellar Door Sales & FOH admin · Social Media Administration · Ecommerce Administration · General Administration

You: Solid work ethic – like a brick outhouse. Honest, adept, enthusiastic, you’ll be adept a providing fabulous customer experience, selling, committing to attention to detail (even if it’s not your strong suit) and importantly be capable of working with a mix of absolute autonomy and bursts of micromanagement. It’s a small business, everything can change at a moments notice and often does. Prior experience not essential however would be an advantage as would a current RSA. Old, young, male, female, gender fluid whatevs. You gots the skills and the work ethic, we’s a lookin’.
